Happy Saturday! Hope you’re enjoying the weekend. I have to admit that I don’t wear makeup every single day, but when I do, I love getting that effortless dewy look. You know that “I woke up like this” look. The main factor for me of achieving that look is a great foundation.

Since my skin tends to be on the dry side, I always go for a liquid foundation, which helps me achieve that extra glow. Before applying my makeup, I use my First Aid Beauty cleanser and then I apply Cetaphil moisturizer, it literally quenches my skin. My current fav foundation is NARS New Guinea Sheer Glow.

I literally dab a small amount on my face and then apply my beauty blender to get the perfect coverage. I love the fact that the Sheer Glow doesn’t go on too heavy but still evens out any dark spots or blemishes. It lasts all day, so no need for any touch ups. The only downside I can mention is the actual bottle. It doesn’t have a pump so getting the foundation out can be slightly difficult. I just dab it on the back of my hand and it comes out with a little shake. Aside from that, I’m honestly loving this foundation for light to medium coverage. If you’re looking for more coverage than I wouldn’t recommend this particular one for you, but if you love that “no makeup, makeup” look, then this might be your perfect match.
